Single elongated FRP fan blade for air-cooled condenser duty, molded from E-glass epoxy composite with an airfoil cross-section and a round root for bolting into a multi-piece hub clamp. Individually replaceable, so a damaged blade can be swapped without discarding the full fan.

Cross-section cutaway of a deep-chord airfoil blade profile, showing the aerodynamic shape engineered to maximize air volume moved per unit of drive power. Represents Encon's higher-efficiency blade profile option for large-diameter ACC and cooling tower fans.

Cross-section cutaway of a slimmer airfoil profile, trading some air volume for reduced weight and drive load versus the deep-chord design. Offered as a lighter-duty blade profile option for smaller-diameter or lower-static-pressure fan applications.
