Pipeline Pigs (steel body & foam) can be located and tracked using PolyEurope's Pig Transmitter. PolyEurope's compact design Pig Transmitters with higher signal range, longer operating time and improved handling and safety feature provide distinct advantages based on innovative technology. Using standard batteries, all transmitters have an operating time of more than 500 hours and a signal range of up to 23 metres. As a result of a stainless steel casing, the transmitters can be used in virtually all mediums. Not only can the new transmitters be mounted with one of PolyEurope time -tested bolt-on flanges, but they can also easily be turned On/Off from the outside. Owing to their compact design, they can be fitted to steel body or poly foam pigs of any size from 3' to 56'.

Bi-Directional Pigs
PolyEurope's Bi-Directional pigs are designed to be used for hydrostatic testing, displacement of water or air, removal of debris , liquid evacuation and/or product separation. Scraper Cup Pigs
PolyEurope's standard Cup Pigs are designed for removal of pipeline debris, liquid evacuation, product separation, batching, displacement, cleaning, and gauging operations. The cup design is derived from the hydraulic piston seal and aggressively scrapes the pipeline bore while maintaining a constant seal. The range is available from 4" through to 14" with a single steel body bolt design and from 6" through 56" with a multi bolt design. The general purpose design is supplied with four scraper cups and is successful in removing light to medium deposits from pipe walls. This cleaning ability can be further enhanced by the addition of brushes (several grades of brushes available), plough blades made of polyurethane, pin wheel cups or studded pin discs. Conical Cup Pigs
PolyEurope's Conical Pigs are designed for removal of debris, liquid evacuation, product separation, batching, displacement cleaning, and gauging operations over long pigging runs and multi diameter lines ( reduction upto 20% ). PolyEurope's Conical Pigs are especially effective when encountering pipe ovality and varying pipe wall thickness. PolyEurope's Conical Cup Pigs are still a popular style of pig for offshore lines and in use with a large number of pipeline operators.
