Dual Pipeline Plug
Designed for pipeline testing and isolation solutions, PolyEurope's Dual Tool is used primarily in pipelines carrying hydrocarbon resources. Achieving positive isolation before carrying out hot work on pipelines carrying hydrocarbon resources has proved difficult in the past; the use of air bags and compression plugs being common practice. At best, they are unreliable and cannot guarantee a safe working environment for this application; subsequently PolyEurope is pleased to announce the launch of its Dual Pipeline Plug. Once installed, the Dual Pipeline Plug offers double isolation via its 2 independent inflatable tyres. A pressure test cavity between the tyres which allows the operator to prove positive isolation is achieved and the centre bypass facility allows any activity downstream to be monitored. PolyEurope's Dual Pipeline Plug also has a second function; when the welding area has cooled the plug can be repositioned with the pressure test cavity covering the new weld. Once reactivated, the plug can be used to hydrostatically test the new weld to a maximum pressure of 30 bar.

Bi-Directional Pigs
PolyEurope's Bi-Directional pigs are designed to be used for hydrostatic testing, displacement of water or air, removal of debris , liquid evacuation and/or product separation. PolyEurope's range of Bi-Directional pigs offers more than excellent sealing qualities in all circumstances and is available from 4" through to 14" with a single steel body bolt design and from 6" through 56" with a multi bolt design. The general purpose design is supplied with two guiding (support) discs which assist loading and centralization during pigging of the pipeline. Additional there are four sealing discs which are used for high performance sealing as well as drive discs. Scraper Cup Pigs
PolyEurope's standard Cup Pigs are designed for removal of pipeline debris, liquid evacuation, product separation, batching, displacement, cleaning, and gauging operations. The cup design is derived from the hydraulic piston seal and aggressively scrapes the pipeline bore while maintaining a constant seal. The range is available from 4" through to 14" with a single steel body bolt design and from 6" through 56" with a multi bolt design. The general purpose design is supplied with four scraper cups and is successful in removing light to medium deposits from pipe walls. This cleaning ability can be further enhanced by the addition of brushes (several grades of brushes available), plough blades made of polyurethane, pin wheel cups or studded pin discs. Additional options include the attachment of magnets (for debris collection), gauge plates ( solid or segmented design) and transmitter / data logger housings or spider noses for flow bypass or jetting.

Conical Cup Pigs
PolyEurope's Conical Pigs are designed for removal of debris, liquid evacuation, product separation, batching, displacement cleaning, and gauging operations over long pigging runs and multi diameter lines ( reduction upto 20% ). PolyEurope's Conical Pigs are especially effective when encountering pipe ovality and varying pipe wall thickness. PolyEurope's Conical Cup Pigs are still a popular style of pig for offshore lines and in use with a large number of pipeline operators. The heavy cup design maintains a constant seal due to maximum flexibility, whilst aggressively scraping the pipeline bore during the full pig run. The range is available from 4" through to 14" with a single steel body bolt design and from 8" through 56" with a multi bolt design. The general purpose design is supplied with two , three or four Conical Cups which proves successful proved in the removal of light and medium deposits from pipe walls. This cleaning ability can be further enhanced by the addition of brushes ( several grades of brushes available), plough blades made of polyurethane, pin wheel cups and studded pin discs.
