High Pressure Pipeline Test Plugs
Mechanically or hydraulically actuated test plug that grips the internal pipe bore and seals with a polyurethane element — no welded end caps or flanges required. Used singly or in pairs (one fills, one vents) to hydrostatically pressure-test an open pipe or vessel end in the traditional manner.

Flange Weld and Internal Weld Tester
Localized weld-test system — available as a Flange Weld Test Plug or Internal Joint Test Plug — that pressure-tests a single new weld without flooding and dewatering the whole pipeline. Covers ½"–24" as standard (larger on request) at test pressures up to 230 bar, with no specialized tooling needed.
